Monday November 23

Dogs woke me up at 3:30am to go out.  I couldn’t go back to sleep; around 5am got the bright idea (since I was awake) to go to the gym and make good use of the time.  Ok, I’m on a roll.  Yeah!  Must lose that 15 lbs!  This time.

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a women from San Diego CA US, born in 1955.

My goals are: Stay in shape to be a better equestrian

My other favorite activities include: weight training, horse back riding.

Own a small riding school in north San Diego County call Kids Horsin’ Around. I’ve been a strong believer in daily exercise all my life, but new to equestrian sport. Would like to do low key competitive dressage. Was training two years ago to run the San Diego Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, when I got kicked in the knee by a friend’s horse out trail riding - that put an end to my marathon goals - not a problem, I’d rather be riding!!

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.

Los Jilgerous Park

Morning jog - easy does it haven’t jogged in months so only did one circuit ie. one mile in about 14 minutes.  Yes…off to a slow start (but started)

It will take me awhile to figure out how to use this "sweat 365" site.

I’m not a man!

Unable to edit my bio.  But let me make it clear…I’m not a man.  Hopefully I can get that fixed, the incorrect label, not the fact!  Can’t stop to figure it out now, must go feed the horses (ten of them) will be back to check out this blog site.  It looks great and I’m very excited to have found it!  Just what I need to keep motivated (and I love to blog and log!)
